Party Walls and Adjacent Excavation Works
We can assist with the tactful service of notices to adjoining owners. We accept letters of appointment as the agreed surveyor or the surveyor appointed by the building owner or an adjoining owner as required.
We are able to provide initial support and advice about appeals to the county court for awards made by other surveyors that might be unacceptable to you.
Determination of Boundaries in Dispute
